When I Blog To Link Up...

...this is the kind of post you'll get...

Jen over at
The "J" family, sent this photo of her now sister-in-law on her wedding day.  She had spent most of last night editing photos she had captured of the wedding day, but must have hit a road block, so she sent it my way.  And what fun it was to play with it.  Although I did write out my steps... I don't have time to type it all out here, so sorry about that folks...

Touch Up Tuesday's at the Paper Mama
And I've never participated in this before, but today I will... because I happen to have just the photo that makes me happy...

Truth: Day 5: Something I Hope to Do/ A Confession: Simplicity
There are so many things I'd hope to do in life... many of which you can pick up just by reading my blog, but one in particular that I probably haven't mentioned or hinted at is that I would like to be a public speaker.  Its weird, but I actually get a thrill out of standing before a group and sharing my heart.

Sometimes I pretend I am in front of a crowd and I just talk out loud.  Which is usually how my posts come out.  I speak them out loud first like I'm talking to a group of people... it makes for a lot of awkward moments in my house.  My dream would be to stand on stage as one of the Women of Faith!  Yup... I want to be the next Marilyn Meberg or Patsy Clairmont.  Maybe one day!

  1. I really love what you did with that wedding photo, looks magical!! She's a gorgeous bride. And I would come listen to you speak... something tells me you would be so inspiring! Me...well I would be a bumbling idiot.... I can not speak in public - I get so nervous. Ha ha.
