Very beautiful post you wrote over at She Breathes Deeply. Just wanted to share that I also had PPD. Pretty severely...I'd say I was borderline suicidal. I definitely did not want to be alive. I've actually been considering writing a post about it lately...maybe this will be the nudge I needed. I want to let other new mammas know that it's ok, and that with a little help and a lot of God, you can pull through. Thanks for sharing.
